Award-winning Instagram Campaign - Youth Voting

The Challenge: Mobilising the Youth Vote.

My Role:
I spearheaded the Digital Strategy on this game-changing campaign, when I worked for the team at Wave Agency. With zero budget for paid advertising, I orchestrated an Instagram strategy that catapulted us into going ‘viral’. Hundreds of people tagged us in photos with their beer cans, enthusiastically re-sharing and commenting on our posts.

The Triumph: Achieved a 2% surge in voters, with a remarkable 91% of Instagram followers casting their votes.

Results Achieved:
This campaign's resounding success won the prestigious NZME Google 'Stoppies' Award, a testament to its impact.
